Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE TRUST FUND WITH POWER TO APPLY THE SAME AND UPON TRUST (BUT SUBJECT TO CLAUSE AND UPON TRUST (BUT SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 4 ABOVE) TO APPLY THE INCOME THEREOF AND IN EITHER CASE IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME AND IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR OR TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES, AND TO MAKE DONATIONS TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
