RELIEVE CLIENTS AND FORMER CLIENTS OF THE FOUNTAIN HOUSE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH DAY CENTRE AND OTHER MENTALLY ILL PERSONS IN THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM, DISADVANTAGED OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
