ADVANCEMENT OF LIFELONG LEARNING FOR THE STUDENTS OF MINSTHORPE COMMUNITY COLLEGE (HEREIN REFERRED TO AS "THE SCHOOL") AND THE COMMUNITY IT SERVES IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF BUT NOT FURTHER OR OTHERWISE THE TRUSTEES MAY PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH FACILITIES OR ITEMS FOR THE LIFELONG LEARNING AT THE SCHOOL (NOT PROVIDED FROM STATUTORY FUNDS) AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN CONSULTATION WITH THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE
