THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY PERSONS AND THEIR CARERS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE VILLAGES OF ASTON, AUGHTON AND SWALLOWNEST WITH SOME OVERLAP INTO TODWICK, FENCE, ULLEY, KIVETON PARK AND WALES AND IN PARTICULAR BY SUPPLEMENTING, CO-ORDINATING AND DEVELOPING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY STATUTORY AND VOLUNTARY AGENCIES SO AS TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE
