MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED ON 24TH MARCH 1997 AS AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION PASSED ON 16TH SEPTEMBER 1998
Charitable objects
(1) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR PUBLIC RECREATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, PERSONS IN NEED, ELDERLY PEOPLE AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES (2) TO PROVIDE ADVICE AND COUNSELLING TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH SERVICES (3) TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULTS (4) TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG CHILDREN (5) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES (6) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, POVERTY OR DISTRESS, INCLUDING THOSE SUFFERING FROM A PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HANDICAP, ON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS (7) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND POVERTY (8) TO PRESERVE, REPAIR AND MAINTAIN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC BUILDINGS OF HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL OR CONSTRUCTIONAL INTEREST (9) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OR SECTIONS OF THE PUBLIC (INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL COMMUNITIES DEFINED BY THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS IN WHICH THEY LIVE OR WORK OR THEIR ETHNIC ORIGINS) AS THE COMPANY SHALL THINK FIT
