Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE INCOME AND THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND FOR SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE CAPABLE OF BEING PURSUED AND BEING HELD TO CHARITABLE OBJECTS UNDER ENGLISH LAW SUBJECT TO THAT AND ALWAYS WITHIN THE TERMS THEREOF THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE FULL REGARD TO THE WISHES OF THE SETTLOR EXPRESSED BY HER DURING HER LIFETIME AND ANY WRITTEN EXPRESSION OF THOSE WISHES.
