Charitable objects

1. TO OPERATE THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES OF ST. JOHN'S CHURCH, ABBEY HULTON, STOKE-ON-TRENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE FOREGOING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF ABBEY HULTON, STOKE-ON-TRENT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; 2. TO PROVIDE FACILITIES ENABLING THE PROMOTION OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION; 3. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN GENERAL AND IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING; 4. TO RELIEVE THE POOR, AGED, SICK AND THOSE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; AND 5. TO ADVANCE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE EXECUTIVE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
