ALSO TO ESTABLISH, OPERATE AND PRESERVE A MUSEUM IN FALMOUTH TO DISPLAY THE NATIONAL BOAT COLLECTION OF THE NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM AND THE CORNISH COLLECTION EFFECTIVELY IN A WATERSIDE SITE
