THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OR PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY AS AFORESAID FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELIEVING IN CASES OF NEED PERSONS WHO, THROUGH THE EFFECTS OF AGE OR OTHERWISE, ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED BY PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS OR FACILITIES WHICH ARE CALCULATED TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING OR ASSISTS THE RECOVERY OF SUCH PERSONS IN SUCH CASES BUT ARE NOT READILY AVAILABLE TO THEM FROM OTHER SOURCES.
