Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM IN THE CITY OF SHEFFIELD, AND IN PARTICULAR THE PARSON CROSS, LONGLEY AND FOXHILL DISTRICTS OF THE CITY ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THOSE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AGED 16 YEARS OR OVER (AND WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RACE, NATIONALITY, GENDER, SEXUALITY, DISABILITY OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS), BY THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING, ADULT CONTINUING EDUCATION AND LIFELONG LEARNING
