TO PROMOTE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF DENBY DALE PARISH AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS IN PARTICULAR BY THE SUPPORT AND PROMOTION OF PROJECTS WHICH WILL CONSERVE AND PROTECT THE NATURAL AND THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT OF THE PARISH, PROVIDE, IMPROVE OR MAINTAIN PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE OPEN SPACE, PUBLIC PARKS OR OTHER PUBLIC AMENITIES IN THE PARISH
