TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PERSONS IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH CARE, EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. C. TO RELIEVE POVERTY, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUBSIDISED CHILDCARE.
