(1) TO PRESERVE, RESTORE AND MAINTAIN PAKENHAM WINDMILL FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS A BUILDING OF ARCHITECTURAL AND HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE AND (11) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY AND OPERATION OF THE WINDMILL IN CO-OPERATION WITH THE OWNERS.
