THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO APPLY THE FUNDS OF THE CHARITY TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE HALL AS A RECREATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY FACILITY FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF BLACKMORE AND THE PARISH OF STONDON MASSEY IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND SUCH OTHER PERSONS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
