4.1 TO RELIEVE PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND SUPPORT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 4.1.1 THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINING, IN THEIR HOMES OR ELSEWHERE, TO: 4.1.1.1 THOSE WITH DISABILITIES; 4.1.1.2 THOSE WITH AGE-RELATED IMPAIRMENTS; AND 4.1.1.3 THOSE WHO ARE SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, IN THAT THEIR OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT ARE LOWER THAN AVERAGE DUE TO EXTERNAL FACTORS INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THEIR FAMILY BACKGROUND, THEIR HOUSING, THEIR EDUCATION/TRAINING, AND THEIR HEALTH; AND 4.1.2 THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING DISABLED PERSONS TO: 4.1.2.1 THOSE WITH DISABILITIES; 4.1.2.2 THE IMMEDIATE CARERS OF THOSE WITH DISABILITIES; AND 4.1.2.3 EDUCATION PROVIDERS OR SUPPORT WORKERS WORKING WITH THOSE WITH DISABILITIES.
