1) TO RELIEVE POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONG PEOPLE AND HOUSEHOLDS IN THE BURNLEY BOROUGH THROUGH THE PROVISION OF LOW COST FURNITURE AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS; AND 2) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF PERSONS BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES IN THE RESTORATION AND REFURBISHMENT OF FURNITURE AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS
