IN THE COUNTY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE TO PRESERVE, ENHANCE OR RE-CREATE FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION AND ENJOYMENT GARDEN LAND THAT EXISTS OR EXISTED IN THE PAST; TO STIMULATE INTEREST IN THE ARTS AND SKILLS OF GARDENING; TO CO-OPERATE WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES IN MATTERS CONCERNING PLANNING, GARDEN CONSERVATION, AND EDUCATION; TO COMPILE A REGISTER OF IMPORTANT GARDENS AND SURVEY AND SECOND THEM.
