TO ADVANCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC WITHIN THE COUNTY THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AND STUDENTS AT SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS .
THE FACILITIES WHICH WILL ENCOURAGE AND ENABLE SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE TO PLAY CRICKET AND OTHER GAMES OR SPORTS.
