Charitable objects

(1) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE PROVISION OF ITEMS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR THE SCHOOLS; (2) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECT SPECIFIED IN SUB CLAUSE (1)ABOVE, THE TRUSTEE MAY APPLY IT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT OR WHO ATTEND, OR HAVE AT ANY TIME ATTENDED, ANY OF THE SCHOOLS.
