TO PAY THE NET ANNUAL INCOME ARISING THEREFROM TO THE RECTOR FOR THE TIME BEING OF ST. JOSEPH'S COLLEGE CONDUCTED BY THE ORDER OF MILL HILL FATHERS AT MILL HILL, LONDON TO BE APPLIED BY HIM FOR THE RELIEF OF HUNGER AMONG THE CHILDREN IN THE MISSION FIELDS CONDUCTED BY THE SAID ORDER IN INDIA, CHINA, AND OTHER ASIAN COUNTRIES.
