THE PROMOTION OF THE DEOBANDI TABLIGHI JAMAT SECT OF THE MUSLIM RELIGION (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE DEOBANDI SECT") BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS A) PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING A MOSQUE IN OR NEAR CHEETHAM HILL MANCHESTER WHICH SHOULD BE USED FOR ISLAMIC WORSHIP AND THE DUE PERFORMANCE OF THE RITES OF THE DEOBANDI SECT AS A MEETING PLACE FOR MEMBERS OF THE DEOBANDI SECT AND THE WIDER MUSLIM COMMUNITY B) TEACHING AND EDUCATING MEMBERS OF THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY (AND IN PARTICULAR YOUNG MEMBERS OF THE SAME) IN THE DOCTRINES AND PRACTICES OF THE DEOBANDI SECT C) RELIEVING MEMBERS OF THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY (WHETHER OR NOT RESIDENT IN THE CHEETHAM HILL AREA) WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER OR BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES
