B) ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC CONCERNING ALL MATTERS RELATING TO HIV/AIDS. C) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE THE NEED OF SUCH PERSONS.
