TO PROMOTE AND ORGANISE RELIGIOUS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS. 3, TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN MOSQUES AND SIMILAR PLACES OF WORSHIP FOR THE COMMUNITY LEAD BY SUNNI IMAM. 4.
