THE RELIEF OF THE ELDERLY IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS , OR HEREINAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE, CHARITABLE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN PROVIDING, A LUNCHEON CLUB FOR RESIDENTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH PROVISION BY REASON OF THEIR AGE AND INFIRMITY.
