C. ADVANCE PHYSICAL EDUCATION FOR RECREATION AND HEALTH IN SUCH PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
