Charitable objects

(A) TO PROVIDE A HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF NORTH KYME IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS, WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH INHABITANTS (B) TO MAINTAIN, REPAIR, RESTORE, PRESERVE, IMPROVE, BEAUTIFY AND RECONSTRUCT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF NORTH KYME THE FABRIC OF THE HALL, ITS FIXTURES AND FITTINGS , FURNITURE AND OTHER CHATTELS
