Charitable objects
FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO AND INCLUDING THE AGE OF 25. THE CHARITY WILL MAKE GRANTS, OR USE ITS ASSETS IN ANY OTHER WAY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES, TO FURTHER ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING AIMS: 1. TO RELIEVE POVERTY 2. TO COMBAT THE EFFECTS OF DEPRIVATION 3. TO RELIEVE HUMAN SUFFERING AND DISTRESS 4. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CHARITY MAY PROVIDE BENEFIT DIRECT TO CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, OR MAY BE INDIRECTLY TO THEIR BENEFIT THROUGH SUPPORT TO THEIR FAMILIES, LEGAL GUARDIANS, CARERS OR EDUCATORS.
