Charitable objects
A) TO ACT FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WOODGREEN.
B) WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERAL OBJECTIVE PRESCRIBED IN THE PREVIOUS SUB-CLAUSE IT IS SPECIFICALLY DECLARED THAT THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER AT THEIR DISCRETION TO APPLY THE FUNDS OF THE CHARITY IN OR TOWARDS THE PROVISION OF SHELTERED ACCOMMODATION IN THE VILLAGE OF WOODGREEN FOR THOSE IN NEED AND TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS OR FACILITIES TO ANY OTHER CHARITABLE ASSOCIATION PROVIDING SUCH ACCOMMODATION.
