2) TO ASSIST THE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS OF OR OTHER PERSONS WHOSE RESPONSIBILITY IT IS TO CARE FOR THE CHILDREN MENTIONED ABOVE WHERE SUCH ASSISTANCE WILL BENEFIT THE CHILD.
3) TO PROVIDE OR HELP TO PROVIDE AMENITIES AT THE HOSPITAL.
