2) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR LEISURE TIME AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE ABOVE PERSONS IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE.
