TO RELIEVE THE EFFECTS OF MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS DISADVANTAGE AND DISENGAGEMENT AMONGST THOSE PEOPLE LIVING IN WEST WALES, AND THOSE AREAS OF WALES COMMISSIONING ADVOCACY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH WEST WALES THROUGH PROVISION OF A COMPREHENSIVE INDEPENDENT ADVOCACY SERVICE.
