Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ( THE OBJECTS) IN GHANA (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) FOR THE BENEFIT OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN, THE DISABLED AND ABLE-BODIED;
1) FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS;
2) FOR THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH;AND
3) FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION
