TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE OF TIBETAN ORIGIN IN TIBET, INDIA, NEPAL AND ELSEWHERE, TO RELIEVE THEIR POVERTY AND TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH BY 1. THE APPLICATION OF APPROPRIATE, ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY TECHNOLOGIES DESIGNED TO SUPPLY HEAT, LIGHT, WATER, HOUSING AND OTHER LIKE NECESSITIES IN THOSE COMMUNITIES AND THEIR HOST COMMUNITIES AND 2. BY ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING IN THOSE COMMUNITIES AND THEIR HOST COMMUNITIES PROVISION FOR THE STUDY OF AND TRAINING IN APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS RELEVANT TO THEIR NEEDS.
