JOHN AND BODENHAM, INCLUSIVE AND INCLUDING FIFIELD BAVANT, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF CARE AND TRANSPORT SERVICES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
