TO SECURE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE PRESERVATION, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE OLD CONTROL TOWER AND THE SURROUNDING BUILDINGS OF HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST AT ROUGHAM AIRFIELD, SUFFOLK, AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE HISTORY OF THE SITE.
