B) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED OR HARDSHIP OR WHO ARE AGED OR SICK AND TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS CAUSED WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
