TO DISTRIBUTE THE TRUST FUNDS TOGETHER WITH THE INCOME ARISING THEREON FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES BOTH NATIONALLY AND OVERSEAS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED BY THE FIRST TRUSTEES DURING THEIR RESPECTIVE LIFETIMES AND THEREAFTER AS MAY BE DETERMINED BY ANY SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE LIVES.
