THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS ARISING THERE FROM OF THE REFUGEES AND OTHER FROM THE FORMER YUGOSLAVIA, REGARDLESS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN, BACKGROUND AND RELIGION, NOW RESIDING IN EAST MIDLANDS.
