TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE ANIMAL ESTABLISHMENT BY MAKING GRANTS OR PROVIDING SUCH OTHER ASSISTANCE TO THE ANIMAL ESTABLISHMENT AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL, AFTER PRIOR CONSULTATION WITH THE ANIMAL ESTABLISHMENT, FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
