Objects 2.1 SMART CJS is established for the promotion of charitable purposes within the United Kingdom, for: 2.1.1 the advancement of education; 2.1.2 the protection of health; 2.1.3 the relief of poverty, sickness and distress; 2.1.4 the reduction of substance related harm to the individual and the wider community; (hereinafter referred to as "the Objects")
