(II) TO RAISE PUBLIC AWARENESS ABOUT DIABETES AND ANY SIMILAR RELATED DISEASES OR CONDITIONS, THEIR INCIDENCE, CAUSES, TREATMENT, AVOIDANCE AND RELIEF.
