THE RELIEF OF SUFFERING IN THOSE ETHNIC MINORITY COMMUNITIES IN CARDIFF AND THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN, AFFLICTED WITH MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS, IN PARTICULAR BY:- A) THE PROVISION OF A FORUM WHICH BRINGS TOGETHER USERS, CARERS AND WORKERS CONCERNED WITH THE PROVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO SUCH PEOPLE B) WORKING AND CREATING GREATER OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE MEMBERS OF SUCH COMMUNITIES WITH MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS IN ITS AREA OF BENEFIT C) THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON HOW MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AFFECT SUCH COMMUNITIES
