TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE, PARTICULARLY THOSE OF BENGALI ORIGIN OR HERITAGE, BY ASSOCIATING WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND INHABITANTS, IN A COMMON EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE INHABITANTS.
