Charitable objects
1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF PENNTHORPE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT AT THE SCHOOL AND 2. TO FOSTER MORE EXTENDED RELATIONS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL. 3. TO SUPPORT SUCH OTHER CHARITIES AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
