OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, INCLUDING MUSIC, DIGITAL MEDIA, VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS - WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
