TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF STUDENTS UP TO THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO HAVE ATTENDED YSGOL PANTYCELYN IN LLANDOVERY, OR YSGOL BRO DINEFWR AND WHO LIVE WITHIN THE CATCHMENT AREA OF THE CLOSED YSGOL PANTYCELYN AFORESAID FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS AND WHO ARE PURSUING OR SEEKING TO PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION.
