THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE WILL OF THE LATE HAROLD GEOFFREY HARFIELD DATED 25TH SEPTEMBER 1988 WHICH WAS PROVED IN THE WINCHESTER DISTRICT PROBATE REGISTRY BY THE FIRST TRUSTEES ON 16TH JANUARY 1998 TO PAY THE INCOME TO THE RECTOR AND CHURCHWARDENS FOR THE TIME BEING OF ST MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS' CHURCH CHERITON HAMPSHIRE FOR RELIGIOUS PURPOSES ONLY.
