Charitable objects
(A) PROVIDE BENEFIT FOR PEOPLE IN THE CHESTERFIELD AND SURROUNDING AREA, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE, DISABILITY, OR RELIGIOUS, POLITICAL, OR OTHER OPINIONS, IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE RELEVANT LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, AND LOCAL INHABITANTS; (B) RELIEVE NEED AMONGST THE SAID INHABITANTS WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED OR ARE THREATENED WITH UNEMPLOYMENT, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF AN ADVICE COUNSELLING AND INFORMATION SERVICE; (C) RELIEVE POVERTY AMONGST THE SAID INHABITANTS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUCH EDUCATION AND TRAINING FACILITIES AS WILL ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO ACQUIRE AND DEVELOP VOCATIONAL SKILLS WHICH WILL ENHANCE THEIR EMPLOYMENT PROSPECTS.
