"TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF AGED, SICK OR DISABLED PEOPLE IN NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF SUCH SERVICES AS SHALL RELIEVE OR ALLEVIATE THEIR SUFFERING. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION OF THE CHARITY A CARER SHALL BE DEFINED AS PERSONS WHOSE LIFE IS, OR HAS BEEN RESTRICTED BY THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CARE AND WELL BEING OF AGED, SICK OR DISABLED PEOPLE"
