(A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF THE TOWN OF STOURBRIDGE (NAMELY THE WOLLASTON & STOURBRIDGE WEST, THE PEDMORE & STOURBRIDGE EAST, AND THE NORTON WARDS OF THE DUDLEY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT IN THE COUNTY OF WEST MIDLANDS) AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS (B) TO SECURE THE CONTINUANCE OF THE COMMUNITY CENTRE KNOWN AS THE ROBIN WOODS CENTRE, SCOTTS ROAD, STOURBRIDGE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS PROVIDED THAT THE ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED AT THE SAID COMMUNITY CENTRE SHALL BE NON-PARTY IN POLITICS AND NON-SECTARIAN IN RELIGION
